🚫 Prohibited Content & Banned Items:

Users are strictly prohibited from posting advertisements for the following:

Illegal drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines, or chemical substances.
Weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, or fireworks.
Stolen property, counterfeit goods, or trademark-infringing items.
Adult services, pornographic material, or sexually explicit content.
Scams, multi-level marketing (MLM) programs, or fraudulent work-from-home offers.
Protected wildlife or illegal animal trade items.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting content (including text, images, and contact information) to SwiftLanka, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our website to facilitate buying and selling.

You confirm that you own the rights to all images and text uploaded in your listings and that they do not infringe the copyright of third parties.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SwiftLanka functions solely as an online venue connecting buyers and sellers in Sri Lanka. We do not own, inspect, guarantee, or sell the items listed in advertisements.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SwiftLanka disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions conducted between users, meetups arranged through the site, or platform downtime.

5. User Safety Tips

To ensure a safe trading experience on SwiftLanka, we highly advise all users to adhere to the following safety precautions:

Always meet buyers/sellers in public, well-lit areas (such as shopping malls or public transit stations).
